What I mean by this is that cards like Thunder King Rai-oh have been updated to say something like "when exactly 1 monster would be Summoned" instead, so it's clear that they only work if 1 monster would be Summoned

A spot removal which is a nice option to the current format but it will possibly see more play once the other Snake Eye cards will be released in future sets
