Some of these cards are Standard-legal, but only because previous printings are what put them in Standard (Monstrous Rage from Wilds of Eldraine is reprinted in MAR but is still banned in Standard, for example)

Snapshot prints and ships them in 2-3 days for casual play, tokens, alters, and full-art proxies, not sanctioned tournaments

It's very efficient as a looter, with the Treasure creation helping cast the spells you dig to or the two removal modes buying time to make the card selection stronger
