Pot-Mate 1981 to 1983 Original Bullet A simple way to addNoise often occurs as volume or tone pots are turned. Often contact cleaner can't rectify this problem. To eliminate this noise, your signal must be grounded from the shaft of the pot. Pot Mate will solve this problem. Directions for use 1) Remove knob from potentiometer shaft 2) Apply a small amount of Pot Mate in the gap between the shaft and potentiometer casing. A toothpick can be used to apply Pot Mate 3) Rotate shaft in both directions 2 or 3
