You dont get a discount on the creatures you recast so this isnt a reanimation commander, but it exploits cheap threats like Inti, Seneschal of the Sun and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker for a grindy midrange strategy

Instead of relying solely on basic lands, dual lands help decks access the colors they need more consistently, which reduces the chances of stalled turns or uncastable spells
If you do the math, youll notice that this card doesnt increase your hand size if you play [c]Thrill of Possibility[/c] and discard a card, your hand size decreases by two, and then you draw two cards to replace them
In regards to DnD I would have loved this aura to lose some toughness per damage taken to be more in line with the actual spell in the game (and to give it a chance in draft/sealed to be removed by swinging into it rather than having to wait for someone to remove the actual aura or creature)
