Its a nasty combo to have on a go-wide deck if you fill your board with weak creatures that are suddenly massive scary threats thanks to the boost
With that being said, this card would be an average starter type Pokemon card to get into your deck, because the only move worth using on this card requires two energy cards, I would only use 1 or 2 of these in a deck maximum
