The game rules are the same, and Japanese cards are tournament legal in regions that allow foreign-language cards (the text just appears in Japanese)
This kindred card is primarily found in Eldrazi decks, which have no problem creating the six mana we'll need to cast Echoes
Its really fun to do, I havent made a list or anything and its such a nice relaxed side project
I would think the N64 would be the same, but I dont think we cant definitively say that at this point
