Elevated aromas of ripe pears infused with rose water are overlaid by honeycomb with hints of citrusy nougat and spice ensuing. Rich and lusciously textured yet fresh the palate is filled with flavours of ripe pears, infusions of rose water, lychee and light honeycomb over a back drop of ripe spicy citrus.
