In early summer, light and airy masses of white blooms with showy red calyces effervesce. Autumn finds it ablaze in oranges and yellows. A North American native, best with summer water and bright shade, it will attract butterflies but usually not deer. Mature size: 3 feet T x 2 feet W. Minimum temperature: 30 F
