Sure, they sound a hell of a lot like classic 90s run of that band, but it also sounds as though they arrived there after ingesting a similar combo of Big Star and Neil Young. Hooky as hell melodies, sugar sweet harmonies, a roughness around the edges with the odd fuzzed out guitar, and most of all, respect for the song form!
