Description

This is probably playable in any color as a generic, excellent 2-cost card

Done by the great Takumi Wada, who also is well known for his art with the Zelda games

I also think the art for most of the ex Team Rocket Returns exes is super overrated

You might be able to do something using plot to set up spells, then sacrificing this card to unload, but the more likely use case is slotting it into the sideboard for times when it'll be really impactful
