Its red ensign is almost torn apart by the wind as it leans heavily towards its starboard side. It bears the name Kate and could perhaps be identified with further research. The painting has accumulated a great deal of wear over the years which seems to amplify the drama of the scene within. Its perfect for a gentlemans study and particularly a dark wall.
