I would rate this card a 4 out of 5 because even though it isn't that good of card compared to today's standards I do think being able to do 120 damage every turn and even having the possibility of doing 120 damage the next turn without having to add energy cards to Charizard was quite rare in the e sets

It letting you potentially fuel an engine or another cards requirements is just icing on the cake

You also want to shave a small part of each of the three sections instead of boarding out a number of cards in any given section or else the deck wont be functional

Its not a particularly expensive card because it goes into a specific kind of deck, but still, its the first reprint of the card

The best reason to splash an additional color
