Dethrone gives your stolen creatures a +1/+1 counter, then sacrificing it triggers its on-death trigger (assuming it actually dies), which returns it to your side of the battlefield at the end step with no need to return home

If thats not fitting for the problem youre facing, you can also choose to have all creature tokens get -2/-2 until the end of the turn, which is going to be great against Wolf tokens, Zombie tokens, probably Human tokens and basically every other creature token too

Those experience counters then turn into +1/+0 for your creatures

You can either choose to deal three damage to each creature and each planeswalker, or you can destroy all artifacts with a mana value of three or less
