There's no real win con aside from man lands, but getting an overwhelming board and card advantage is usually enough to make the opponent concede
The commander's color identity is Naya, which is Green, White, and Red, giving you plenty of cards to swap out from
The fact that the second card is so loosely restricted, and Force is so universal (and technically hard-castable) makes it playable in any fair blue deck, and so gives a large portion of the format the necessary panic button to discourage super-aggressive combo
I don't think this thing is going to make or break any decks, but I'm always pleased to see genuinely useful and balanced utility lands coming up from time to time
Let's not overcomplicate things, if you have two dragons, and they both get indestructible and grow each turn, isn't that worth 5 mana
