Every time you play a Vampire creature, Edgar Markov automatically creates a Vampire token even from the command zone

Its a pretty simple mechanic, in that if you pay more, you get the corresponding effect, but it makes spells more useful throughout the game

In very aggressive decks it is pretty close to Lightning Bolt but in control it is rather more tedious and sees much much less play even with its very solid score of 9 and having the premium one mana cost

If I've got a mix of Equipment to play out, I want a mix of ramp as well, so I can do my best to hit my curve and spend my mana each turn
