Our first time meeting Troy Casey of Colorados Casey Brewing is one of the latter. We first met Troy almost 20 years ago in the legendary hop yard of Moonlight Brewing where a number of us had convened to pick hops and drink pints of Death & Taxes. Since then,Troy has remained a friend and kindred brewing spirit. In celebration of that lasting friendship and connection, weve collaborated on a complex
