Omnath really loves lands, so team them up with anything that lets you play extra lands, plus other permanents with Landfall triggers, and its not hard to go-off, gaining an insurmountable value and mana advantage
In fact, those two cards chain together superbly: casting a Rampant Growth on turn two allows you to cast Explosive Vegetation on turn three and start turn four with seven lands in play
If you need a bit more of a push to maximize your convoke triggers, you can play the Invasion of Segovia, which, when it flips to Caetus, Sea Tyrant of Segovia (a very impressive name for a 3/3 creature), it gives all your noncreature spells convoke, letting you bust out some combat tricks when you're normally tapped out
